Everything is not just about the Girl Child. Young boys face equal or may be more challenges, but often do not get attention from society, a society that keeps harping Gender Equality.
In a recent video posted by one of the twitteratis, a 7-year-old school boy was seen performing the duty of a Zomato delivery agent, after his father met with an accident.
Twitter user Rahul Mittal, shared the video and wrote how this young school boy was reported to have temporarily turned food delivery boy. Mittal wrote that the young boy attended school in the morning hours of the day and later resorted to his dad’s work to support the family financially. According to the tweet, the school boy is on duty from 6pm to 11pm.

The minor boy went door to door on a bicycle to provide meal orders to Zomato customers. The child can be heard saying that bookings come on the app to his father’s enrolled profile and he now takes charge of them.
However, many netizens rightly raised an alarm how the food delivery app permitted this minor boy to take over his father’s role, to which, Mittal responded,
To All those who advocating law here and raising an issue about child labour and policy…According to the boy #Zomato have freeze the father id and now he is not doing any labour work and zomato helped them financially too, his father id will unfreeze as soon as he able to work.
