Man Files Complaint Against Wife Who Threatened To Murder Him If He Objected To Her Affair

Yet another case has come to light, where a wife chose her lover over husband and family. The incident has been reported from Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, where the wife has also threatened to kill her husband if he comes in her way.

The victim then approached the police claiming that his wife — over a phone call said — she would murder him.

Case:

The complainant, who is a truck driver by profession, was married to a woman from Jahanbad, Pilibhit, about
a decade ago. The couple has three children.

The woman had got involved with another man from the same village. When the husband learnt of this wife’s illicit relationship, he chose to leave the village and moved to Bareilly city. As he was a professional driver, he had to be on the move often and kept travelling from one place to another. Due to this, he could not spend more time at home.

The wife took advantage of the situation and got involved with another man, while the husband was out toiling to support the family.

On Sunday, the wife went to her maternal house to meet her mother. While she was on the way to her parent’s home, the couple had a phone conversation. The woman allegedly started threatening the husband over the phone.

The complainant husband claimed that the woman blasted him that she would follow what her heart says and if he tries to stop her or put too much pressure on her, she would go to the extent of even killing him. The cops are now investigating the matter based on the husband’s claims.

The case falls under Hafizganj police station area of Bareilly.
