A shocking case of Child Murder has been reported from Uttar Pradesh where a woman murdered her own child after a tiff with husband over jewelry.
Chanchal (28), a resident of Ladukheda in Agra (UP), was married a year ago to Krishna Kumar, a resident of Bhura Sunderpura village in Dholpur (Rajasthan). Krishna had kept the jewelry that they received in the marriage with him.
Suddenly, on June 16, Chanchal asked Krishna for jewelry.
When the husband refused to do so, the woman threw her 3-month-old daughter against the wall. The child was injured seriously and could not survive during her treatment at the hospital.
The accused mother has been arrested and sent to jail for 15 days custody.

Mania police station officer Suman Kumar told Dainik Bhaskar,
When husband refused to give her jewelry, a fight broke out between the two. The woman was furious and she hit her 3-month-old daughter Shilpi, who was sitting on her lap. She then threw the baby against the wall.
The child was admitted to a private hospital in Agra, but died during her treatment on June 17. On June 18, Krishna Kumar filed a case of murder against his wife, said police.
