A shocking case has been reported from Punjab where the wife of the deceased man was in an adulterous relationship with her own father-in-law. The matter pertains to Musa village in the state where the accused daughter-in-law and the man’s father, murdered her husband since they found him to be a hinderance in their illicit relationship.
Case:
Bhola Singh, father of the victim Jagjit Singh (25), a resident of Mansa village was in an illegitimate relationship with his son’s wife, Jaspreet Kaur. Since the duo considered to Jagjit being an obstruction in their love affair, they murdered him with a sharp weapon.
Not just this, they also cremated the man’s body quietly. The accused tried to clear up all evidences before the police could come and take any action. However, the Sadar police station started investigation on learning about Jagjit Singh’s death and subsequently registered a case against both the accused.
Both daughter-in-law and father-in-law were planning to murder the man since a few days. Mansa’s SSP Surendra Lamba told media that they had received evidence that Jagjit Singh was murdered and cremated by his wife and his father together, post which which they started an investigation by registering a case under Section 302.
He also stated that they had arrested the accused and further investigation is going on.
