Yet another tragic incident of #HusbandSuicide has been reported, this time from Rajasthan. A 36-year-old man died by suicide by jumping before a moving train near Jasder Dham under Barmer rural police station.
A suicide note has been recovered which states that the reason for suicide is a domestic dispute. Meanwhile, the man’s family members lodged a case against his wife for abetment to suicide.
Case:
According to the rural police, around Saturday around 8pm, when the Kalka express train was coming from Jodhpur to Barmer, the Cheetar Ka Paar resident, Magaram, jumped before the train between Jasder Dham and Uttarlai and ended his life.
A crowd gathered after the incident and the train left after some time. Police reached the spot and kept the body at a mortuary and handed over the body to the family members after post-mortem.
According to head constable Padmaram, a suicide note was recovered from the pocket of the deceased, in which he had accused his wife and other family members of harassment.
Rekharam, the brother of the deceased, lodged a case alleging that Magaram’s wife was involved romantically with someone. Rekharam also said that she was staying at her parents’ house and later she was brought back, however, she began harassing his brother.
