A man was found hanging in his in-laws’ home on October 07. The incident was reported from Thalasar village near Ratannagar police station in Rajasthan. Initially, the death which was projected as suicide, has now been alleged as murder by victim’s family.
A case has been registered by deceased man’s relatives against his in-laws accusing them of murdering the man.
Background:
Harisingh (victim) had visited his sister-in-law’s place on October 07. However, later he was found hanging in her home. The in-laws informed police that this was a suicide. The body was handed over to the relatives by police after conducting a post mortem.
However, on October 11, the relatives of the deceased have registered a case of murder against his in-laws. Victim’s family alleged that the accused had beaten up Harisingh and then hanged his body.
SHO Surendra Kumar Rana informed media, that Ramavatar (Harisingh’s brother) has now registered a case against Subhash Moyal, Amit Moyal, Rajpal Moyal, Omprakash Moyal and Omprakash Madiwal accusing them of murder.
According to Ramavatar, the five accused had quarrelled with Harisingh and also beat him up. There were injury marks on the hands and feet of the body as well. Police have started investigating the matter by registering a case of murder.
