Delhi Man Ends Life Alleging Blackmail & Threats Of False Rape Case By Former Business Partner & Haryanvi Singer

A Delhi-based businessman named Aman Baisla died by suicide after accusing a young woman and a Haryanvi singer for not returning borrowed money. Before taking the extreme step, Aman uploaded a video on his Instagram account and blamed his former business partner, Neha Jindal and a Haryanvi singer Sumit Goswami for his death.

22-year-old Aman Baisla lived with his family in Rohini Sector 11 and was found hanging in his office on September 29.

The deceased  used to do a business of selling daily-use products along with a woman. However, the two had parted ways last year and later the young woman started working with a Haryanvi singer.

In his last video uploaded by Aman before ending life, he said the woman had borrowed Rs 2.5 lakh from him on pretext of her mother being ill. Later, she borrowed another Rs 5 lakh from him and her Haryanvi friend also took Rs 10 lakh from the businessman.

Baisla alleged the duo was not returning his money. However, when the woman had come to meet him recently, she tore her clothes inside the car and demanded another Rs 10 lakh by October. Baisla said she threatened to file a case of rape on him, if he wouldn’t give her money.

The young man in his video also drew a parallel between his situation and late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. He said,

When Sushant Singh Rajput isn’t getting justice, how would I get?

Baisla also emphasised that the police will only believe the woman and won’t trust him. Concluding the video, he quoted:

Hence, I have no options left other than dying by suicide.

Cops at Shahbad Dairy police station are investigating the case.

My name is Aman Baisla. I never thought of making this video, but then it occurred to my mind that people should know what I had to go through. Sumit Goswami, a Haryanvi singer we all know and his video coordinator Neha Jindal, both have blackmailed me and extorted lakhs of money from me. The duo has also mentally tortured me and I have got proofs for everything I’m going to mention in this video.

I’ve been tortured by them since the last year. Neha Jindal is the reason for the mess in my life. Along with her, there are two more people, Sumit Goswami and Vipin Khatri. So the thing is, in2018, Neha and I were friends, and hence we started a small supply business in the hotel industry.

Her father had invested Rs 5 lakh in our business on a 1% interest rate as he did not want us to wander to find investors. I agreed to it as I anyway for going to take a loan and also because I did not wish to borrow money from my parents in order to prove myself. However, in August 2019, the girl just left our office giving us enormous absurd reasons like her aunt has died and many more.

But the thing was that I had bought a car of around Rs 13 lakh in May 2019 on a loan. I had to divide the downpayment for around 3 months and later the EMI for 7 years. I had to buy the car on her mother’s name because my family was not aware of the cash that I had saved. So I was bound to tell them that she had helped me with the money.

Back then, I trusted her and didn’t know she will leave the partnership. Nevertheless, I asked her to leave the car for me. But she denied saying that she needs it and will return it soon. So as I was not ready to pay until she’d return the car back, hence, I asked her that now that she is keeping the car with her, so she should be the one paying the EMIs of Rs 17,500 for it. She agreed.

However, almost 3 months passed away, but neither did she contact us nor she answered properly whenever asked about the car or even why she left our business. One day I came across Goswami’s new song in which I saw her name. Then I tried contacting Khatri and Sumit to know whether she works with them. If yes, then tell us already because we were contacting her like fools and she was just not ready to clear that.

As we both were in partnership, so she had half of the things in her hand. The clients were calling me mentioning that sometimes her phone is off and sometimes she is not responding to their calls. So I was left with no choice but to contact the two guys again.

But they didn’t tell me anything. They said that she doesn’t work with us and that they accidentally met her and just worked on one project. I even asked them if they are paying her, but they denied.

I then met with Ajit Goswami, Sumit’s brother and he told me that they had hired Neha and were paying her around 60,000 a month. He asked me why was I trying to contact the girl. I told him everything, right from she leaving our business telling lies to not responding to important calls.

She then contacted me saying that she needs Rs 2.5 lakh, half of the amount her father had paid for our business. She was blabbering things like her family will go bankrupt or her father will die. Lastly, I folded my hands thinking I want to end this matter once and for all and just gave her the money.

However, I had to ask her for my car because they were rigorously travelling in my car without even asking me. She said to me that she is anyway paying the EMIs. But I knew they were travelling and not only that but also had smashed the car. So I was concerned about it. Thereafter, she called me to say that her father had taken a loan and now they were in debt. So the amount that I had given her wasn’t helping much. Hence, she asked me if I can help her with Rs 5 lakh.

I said to her that I can manage the amount, but this time I’ll need security. She gave me her father’s cheques and mother’s Aadhar card as a mortgage. I handed her money with a 1% interest rate. For the next 1-2 months, she gave me interest precisely. But then my business was not working well and I needed money badly. I asked her for money, however, she said she’ll need time, which I granted. At the same time, she somehow brought the topic of Sumit Goswami saying that his father’s health was also not well and they needed another Rs 5 lakh for the same.

I was confused why would she seek help from me for somebody else’s father. She said that they don’t have money and couldn’t even ask in their village as it is the question of society, ego and dignity. I was not sure whether I should again help her. But then she said that Goswami is in a contract with somebody and it’ll end in 2020. Thereafter, he’ll be capable of providing me with my money with 2% interest rate. She had sent me the Adhar Card, Pan Card, and Election card of Sumit Goswami and medical report of his father.

I had no money as I myself was in a need of the same. But she cried and requested me over and over again. I approached a friend of mine saying that I need money for my personal use. He handed it to me with a 1% interest rate.

Months passed and I had to ask for my money back. At this same time, I had a phone conversation with Sumit. He suddenly changed the conversation to calling Neha as my girlfriend. I had no relationship with her. I was only asking for my money. That’s all.

He indirectly threatened me that he would harm my family and that he’s not afraid of the system. Meanwhile, the girl used to send me her photos showing herself as she is sick. Later, I got to know that the amount she had taken from me stating that Sumit’s father needs it, she hadn’t even informed the same to Goswami. I had asked her while giving the money that whether she has told him she is approaching me for money. I remember precisely, she said to me that she doesn’t want to tell him that she asked for help from me.

Later, I got to know that they were dating. I had no problem, however, I just needed my money back. So I told her that she should start paying me back bit by bit now. When I told her this, Sumit was there as well. I told him that if I don’t get paid now then I’ll have to approach the police and their parents.

This is when the duo sent me an audio message stating that she will file a case against me and he will find my location and beat me up. When I said I’ll tell everything to their parents, she entirely changed the scenario. She sent me an audio message wherein she was telling her mother that she was dating me, I got her pregnant and also that we aborted the baby, and her mother said that they were alright with anything.

Firstly, I was never dating that girl. Secondly, I don’t know if the duo had taken her mother in confidence as well because it is just not acceptable to hear her mother react this way. I told her that I won’t be able to survive if they will keep doing this to me. Suddenly the girl just started abusing me, but it doesn’t stop here. She had also abused her parents, called her mother a few names I couldn’t even say it.

And I still don’t know where I am wrong and after all this, I couldn’t come in front. You’ll get to know the reason soon.

I told everything to a friend of mine, Jatin Verma and listening to this, he panicked. Thereafter, I had a WhatsApp chat with Sumit. But he was so tricky with his messages, that he never sent me a text but always used audio messages and would delete it as soon as he knew I had listened to it. He did that in order to not leave any evidence against him. In those messages, he said that I should tell my friend Jatin to not to interfere in anybody else’s matter.

My friend told me that now the matter is slipping out of hands. And hence, I decided, I really should tell their parents if not the police. However, the girl then started threatening me that if I do anything that I say, she’ll kill herself. I got to know that she had not only borrowed money from me but from many others. She can do anything to save herself. I never say things unnecessarily for any girl. But this one, she had sent me videos like drinking water from the toilet seat. I kept thinking of how can somebody fall to this level.

I want to say to people that please support truth. Don’t just see if its a girl, she must be right. Listen and then react. You’ll understand if something like this happens to you.

We all can never see our parents crying. But this girl is so shameless that she sent me a video of her mother crying in order to stop me from telling her parents anything. Who makes their parents cry and record a video of it? I couldn’t stop thinking about it. I felt so bad because I had told her mother about Rs 2.5 lakh that she had borrowed from me earlier.

And then I got to know that she had not even handed that amount to her parents. This was when I just told her mother about the initial amount, I had not yet spoken about the 10 lakh that they had borrowed from me.

I don’t feel good showing this in this video, however, I’m left with no choice. I suddenly started getting numerous calls from Sumit when I told Neha’s mother about the money. They urged me to not to do anything and just stay away.

However, I was most terrified when she called me to met her on February 3. We were in a car and she ripped her sleeves and threatened me that she will file a false rape case against me if I don’t return her all those Aadhar cards and documents she had kept as mortgage. She wanted me to take her home and give her back all those documents then and there itself.

Now I didn’t know what to do. If any girl is saying she’ll file a false rape case, trust me, nobody, neither police nor you people who are watching this video will believe me if I say I’m innocent. I was so horrified and escaping was not the option. Now I didn’t want my Rs 10 lakh. I just wanted to hand her all those things and get away from her as soon as possible.

I thought, now that I said I don’t want my money back so the matter will finish once and for all. However, she again asked me for Rs 10 lakh. I obviously did not want to give money, neither was I in a condition to give anything to anybody as I myself was in a debt of Rs 5 lakh because of them.

The girl started threatening me again that if I didn’t give her money and said she’ll file a false rape case. I said that I have to return Rs 5 lakh to my friend, so now I don’t really have money. She asked me until when can I give them the specified amount.

They gave me a time limit till October and warned me to arrange the amount until then. And also said that they don’t care if I have any debt or whatever, they just need Rs 10 lakh now. If I don’t,
then they’ll come after me by filing false rape and molestation case against me.

Now it is nearly October, and I know she will file a case against me and I won’t be able to help myself. Excluding my family, nobody will believe me. I know this for sure because this is our society. Media will run after me calling me a rapist, police will arrest me without giving me a chance to speak. Society won’t believe me no matter how much I will say I’m innocent.

This is why I’m left with no choice but to take this extreme step. But before that, I wanted to tell people what I went through. All the videos, chat messages, and audio messages I have shown in this video are of the two. And even after all these clear shreds of evidence, Sumit Goswami claims that I was the wrong one after I’m gone, then I don’t know what makes him do these horrible things.

I really wish to live, I want to do so much more for my parents and my sister. But I’m helpless. I want to tell you all, in my matter I really don’t want help from the police, neither do I want any court case or anything. Why? Because I’ve witnessed what is happening in Sushant Singh Rajput’s case. Has he got justice? No. His story is just revolving and they will do the same with me too.

Sumit Goswami can threaten me also because some BJP or Congress MLA is supporting him. I have my people too and they will reach these people after I’m gone. I don’t need Police in my case. I know they will say I don’t have any evidence, as I really don’t have any proof of giving them money. As I gave them cash and not cheque so I don’t have proof. I recently got to know the girl consumes ganja (marijuana), cigarettes and what not!

Now I know the step I’m taking is not the right way to end things. But as I said, I’m helpless. My last wish is that I want justice even though Shushant brother couldn’t get it. Boys or Men don’t get justice when they are innocent, as girls either cry or just blame anybody and people tend to believe that. Boys are taught to not cry since childhood. I haven’t shared anything of these with my friends. Watching me in this video, they will be shocked to know so much wrong was happening in my life.

Lastly, I just want to say that I follow Raftaar, the singer. He respects girls a lot. However, I just want to say that respect the one who really deserves it, be it a girl or boy, men or women.

Equality should be served in respecting each and every gender. Because when you respect girls and not boys, that is just not correct. Now I have told everything and you know what to do, cause I won’t be here anymore.
