A father from Yamunanagar, Haryana, along with his new born daughter reached a local police station, as his wife and mother of the child have left their home and abandoned them. When the cops asked the woman to report to them, they were left shocked with her reply.
Case:
Manish got married to his wife in 2019, much against the will of his family. Since he did not have support from his parents for the marriage, Manish had also left his parental home. The couple then got married at a court and were living a happy married life.
The duo was blessed with a baby girl two-months ago. However, the wife suddenly left her husband and her new born. According to Manish, the woman had eloped from the house because his in-laws might have persuaded her to return on pretext of getting her a job. On earlier occasion, when the couple got married, woman’s parents had filed a complaint at the police station. Since she was an adult, her parent’s could not do anything legally.

The husband has now landed up at a local police station along with his child.
Manish is extremely worried since his baby needs breastfeeding at this stage and he met with the Superintendent of Police to ask for help. SP Kamaldeep Goyal took the father’s complaint in this regard and subsequently the cops made a call to the missing wife/mother, asking her to come to the police station.
To their shock, the woman informed police that she did not want to stay with her husband and refused to look at her child.
What Happened As Per Husband?
The newlywed couple started living in a rented house in Govindpura. Everything was going well. However, on November 5, Manish moved from their existing place to another better house with his wife and daughter.
Meanwhile, his wife eloped from home with her clothes and documents. The husband was not aware of anything. At first, he thought that his in-laws took her with them, luring her with a job placement.

However, when he talked with her maternal family, they were not ready to pass on the call to her. Currently, the man is left alone with his two month daughter and is unable to provide her basic needs that she requires at this stage.
Manish has also drifted apart from his family since the day he got married to the woman. He did not keep in contact with his family, while the woman was very much in touch with hers.
