On November 17, the cops arrested Chhote Singh alias Satish Singh, a resident of ward number 4 of Sahtwar, and Akhtar Ansar, a resident of Mudiyari, near Ashega petrol pump. The killers were paid in advance by the wife, and the remaining payment was supposed to be handed over after the final assassination. The accused had decided to kill Anoop in front of a private school at Lucknow.
