Rajasthan Man Allegedly Ends Life As Wife Refuses To Return With Child

Yet another case of #HusbandSuicide has been reported from an interior location of Rajasthan, where a man ended life by hanging himself, after his wife refused to return to her matrimonial home with their child.

Case:

Munish was having dispute with his wife, who was living with their child in her parental home. When the husband reached his in-laws’ home to bring back his wife and child, wife refused to come back with him. 

Munish then tried to take the child along with him, which is when his wife and in-laws’ started physically assaulting him. After an ugly fight from both sides, Munish’s wife threatened to file a police case against him.

This is when Munish hanged himself at his in-laws’ home and died by suicide. 

Munish’s brother Vijaypal Singh and Bharat Singh informed police that their sister-in-law was living at her parents’ home in Moroli since past two months and their brother had visited his in-laws’ home on Saturday to bring them back. Victim’s family has alleged foul play and termed this as a murder instead of suicide.

Police has sent the body for post mortem and a case has been registered against wife and in-laws. However, there has not been any arrest in the matter as police is investigating the same.
