As per a latest report by ANI, 28-year-old man died in Nagpur on Friday due to suffocation after his female partner tied a rope around his neck during sex.
The incident that took place at a lodge in Khaparkheda area of the city proved fatal for the man.
A police official quoted,
The man along with a woman booked a room at a lodge on Thursday night to spend time together. After watching a porn clip, the woman tied his hands and legs to a chair with a rope during sex. She allegedly used another rope around his neck.
According to police the woman then went to the washroom, just when the chair to which the man was tied, slipped and the rope around his neck got tightened. When the woman returned, she found her partner lying motionless.
The woman informed the manager and the man’s body was sent for post-mortem. A case has been registered at Khaparkheda police station and further investigation is on, police said.
As reported by Times Now, the man had been in a relationship with the woman, who is married and has a child, since the last five years. An officer quoted,
The woman has admitted that she was in an illicit relationship with the man. Police have also recorded the statements of the waiters, the lodge manager and room service boys and seized the cellphones of the woman and the deceased man for probe.

Girlfriend in the case has been sent to Police remand till January 13. Police registered an offence of murder against her, following complaint by relatives of deceased

Why is consent not applicable for Men? In the case above, lets assume the man consented for exploring the act after watching porn, however, the act itself demonstrates how women can be equally dominant partners in any sexual encounter.
We have always stated that Crime Has No Gender and if we keep making new laws, the same need to be strictly Gender Neutral.
