A young woman from Aligarh has accused her stepmother of trying to make her consume drugs and then indulge into physical relations with her. The case came to the fore from Uttar Pradesh and based on the complaint registered, police have arrested the accused woman.
The man who is a father to three daughters and a son, had married a woman he met online through social media. However, it was later revealed that his wife turned out to be lesbian.
The adult daughter of the man had filed an FIR against her step mother for allegedly making them consume drugs.
Case:
The 19-year-old girl, who hailed from Sasni Gate area of Aligarh, said her two minor sisters and brother live together in their Aligarh’s house. The man’s first wife had died on February 13, 2019, and he decided to remarry.
Father got acquainted with this 45-year-old woman through Facebook. He became friends with her and soon announced their marriage. The duo got married a year after the first wife’s death, on February 14, 2020.
The stepmother started her evil tricks after settling into the home. She would give a pill to all the family members, misleading them how they were beneficial for their health.

The daughter who filed the complaint explained that the pill made her and her sisters grow a sense of excitement in them, after which her stepmother would try to sexually exploit all three of them. The children started witnessing that something was amiss and complained about the same to their father and grandfather.
The woman was confronted, however, she started to threaten the entire family. She also said that she would file a false case against the man.
Woman Arrested Under POCSO Act
Disturbed by the happenings in the family, the eldest daughter filed a police complaint and later also approached the SSP office. The accused woman has now been arrested after the intervention of SSP.
In connection with the complaint received, the accused step mother has been taken into custody under Section 354 of the IPC and the POCSO Act.
Woman Was A Cheat & Married Multiple Times Earlier
According to the police investigation, facts revealed that the woman arrested had been married four times before.
The woman’s first husband died in 2005. A case of murder was filed after the death of her first husband, however, later the same was turned into abetment to suicide. The con woman was also in jail for sometime in the same matter, however, now out on bail.
The accused then married another man from Aligarh, whom she later abandoned. Thereafter, she married a third man from Jalalpur, but later divorced him as well. After all three deceitful marriages, she married the father in the story, who she befriended on Facebook

- Re-marriage is not a taboo
- However, Men must be extra cautious to do basic background check of women
- If a man is getting married in his middle age, chances of women falling for his property, finances or others could be high
- If you have children, you must spend more time with them in initial days after second marriage, to understand if they are comfortable and not facing any issues with the new woman in the house
- All women are not evil, but just one wrong woman can turn one’s life upside down
