A woman was seen making obscene gestures towards a man and when his wife questioned her on the same, the matter reached the police station. The matter was discussed and the woman filed an application against the accused.
However, after another argument, once again the couple and the woman reached the police station, which is when Shahibaug officials registered a case against the lady and started an investigation.
The accused woman, who lived in neighbouring vicinity, was making awkward gestures towards the man daily while he worked in the locality. Later, the troublemaker woman once again quarrelled with the couple and yet again the matter reached the police station. This is when the woman slapped the wife and also threatened the couple with abusive language in front of the officials. Further, to everyone’s shock, the accused woman also took out a blade hidden in her bag and inflicted injuries on her hand.
