Kolkata Businessman Sends Rs 100 Crore Defamation Notice To His Wife’s Fourteen Boyfriends

A defamation suit has been filed by a husband against his wife and her fourteen paramours. The husband has issued a notice to all of them demanding Rs 100 crore.

The case pertains to Kolkata city in West Bengal where a husband has accused his wife of cheating on him and indulging in adultery with not one, two, three…..but fourteen boyfriends. The news has shocked several people across the state.

Here’s The Story

The husband learnt about the affairs of his wife, and subsequently issued a notice of defamation to all her boyfriends demanding Rs 100 crores. The husband had been suspicious of his spouse and thus he started gathering pieces of evidence by turning his car driver into a detective. Through the information shared by their driver, doubts of the husband came true wherein he managed to gather information on how his wife was cheating on him with fourteen different men.

Separate legal notices have been sent to all of them demanding Rs 100 crores. The notice also states that the money should be deposited in his account within two weeks, otherwise, legal action will be taken against each one of them.

The husband has also specified in the notice that he recently got to know about his wife being in a physical relationship with all of them. Despite, all men knowing that she was a married woman, they still indulged in an intimate relationship with the woman.

The husband further said that his life had been shattered with this immoral behaviour of his wife — that he was suffering and his reputation has been ruined. The man runs a business in Kolkata and hence, the matter has become a talk of the town.

In similar other story from the US, a husband learnt about his wife cheating on him with her paramour. Incidentally, the court ordered the lover to pay $750,000 in damages to her ex-husband. On August 19, 2019, a Pitt County, N.C., Superior Court judge ordered that Greg Jernigan will have to pay damages to husband Robert Kevin Howard for getting into a physical relationship with his wife.

The husband then told media,

I filed the case because I felt it’s very important that people understand that the sanctity of marriage is important, especially in this day and age when people question everyone’s morals, people question everyone’s viability as a person and the state backed me up on it.
