Gujarat police has recently solved a case of abduction of a 17-year-old boy from Anand district. According to their investigation, accused who has been nabbed is a 23-year-old woman, who kidnapped the minor and allegedly sexually assaulted him.
Case:
The 17-year-old boy had gone missing from Anand on May 25, following which his family members were running to look out for him. After all attempts to trace him failed, the teenager’s parents filed a complaint with the police. Based on their complaint, the police registered a case of abduction against unidentified person/s and initiated investigations.
After nearly 15 days of the minor boy missing from his home, he was rescued from Surat. The police said the accused woman abducted the boy from Anand and took him to Surat under the pretext of solemnising marriage with him. Further inquiries disclosed that she had also sexually assaulted the minor boy. She has been arrested and charges under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act have been slapped on her.

Case 3: Adult Woman Rapes Minor Boy
Haryana police registered a case against an adult woman for raping a 14-year-old minor boy. The accused, a 29-year-old woman was booked under section 4 of the Prevention of Child from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, after investigation in the matter.
