Actor Shivam Patil Files Criminal Complaint Against “Blue Tick Feminists” Who Allegedly Ran False #MeToo Campaign

Shivam Patil, an Indian actor and a political activist has published a series of Instagram posts where he narrates the abuse and trauma he has been going through. Patil made his Bollywood debut in 2013 playing the male lead in Nasha. He was also a part of Sunny Deol’s Ghayal Once Again in 2016.

Without taking either sides, Men’s Day Out is merely re-publishing the already public posts that are avaiable on Shivam Patil’s Instagram Account.

Mumbai Police has received and accepted the criminal complaint against my abusers. It is a 40 page report. I spent an entire day at the Worli police station giving the Commissioner and the head of Cyber Police all the evidence and extent of damage done by my abusers. They expressed shock and disappointment at these “public figure” women who misrepresent feminism to benefit themselves and destroy the lives of men (multiple men before me), by conducting false allegation filled social media trials, declaring themselves as judge and jury. They have also encouraged me to take the matter up in Court and find full justice and claim damages via a defamation case against my abusers.

And I repeat, the woman on behalf of whom artwhoring and otherwarya made the false allegations of “sexual coercion” / “gaslighting to have sex without condoms” etc – basically the main allegation around which their “social media trial of Shivam Patil” was based – that woman has herself reached out to me repeatedly, stating on record that she DENIES the allegations made on her behalf, that she made the mistake of sharing out-of-context screenshots with Priyanka Paul due to “a misunderstanding”, and she does not agree at all with the social media trial that followed. This has also been submitted to the Mumbai Police.

What these women did to me was NEVER about “accountability”. It was about serious abuse, malicious suppression, and cancellation. Their own stories (highlighted on my profile) show what their true intention was – to cancel me, to make “people stop listening to Shivam” (because I called out my abusers who were women), to make my “close friends” abandon me, to make sure “no one dates Shivam”, etc.

All three Instagram pages responsible for the attack – otherwarya , artwhoring and @memes_against_patriarchy (I can’t tag them because they abuse me but blocked me so I can’t speak up), they all gained several thousand followers after their false allegation attack against me. And then the two blue tick influencers monetize those followers to boost their personal brands. This is their “feminist activism” – and the rest of the Indian woke community enables and encourages this.

After I filed the complaint with the @mumbaipolice against the primary culprits who ran a social media trial full of fake allegations to destroy me in December 2020, Srishti (the girl on behalf of whom Priyanka Paul and gang made allegations against me of “coercing women to have sex with him without contraception”) she has repeatedly tried to reach me this past week. It has been to the point of harassment, her calls, texts and voice messages.

She admitted on WhatsApp record AGAIN that the accusations made on her behalf are false. I told her to get in touch with lawyer. She kept leaving voice messages, I heard one of them, where she was gaslighting me by saying “I did everything to save your mental health Shivam” (yeah, leak out of context screenshots to Priyanka Paul, allow them to make false allegations, and never publicly apologize, was her taking care of my mental health).

The slides show the series of exchanges over this past week between me, Srishti, and my lawyers.

Srishti made ridiculously unreasonable demands in a settlement letter SHE proposed – when we objected to it, she yelled at my lawyer on call today and threatened to file fake cases against me because I revealed her history of vengefully travelling to another city to assault her ex in a public event.

Srishti Poojari (@ srishti_fauj) has gone hostile and is dangerous, with a history of violent assault. I need @mumbaipolice to take immediate cognizance of this. Srishti lives in my city and knows my home address. She went and assaulted her ex months after they broke up. She can take “revenge” here in several ways, has already threatened my lawyer, and she’s already used radical feminists to destroy me before. Please help.

One week ago, I spoke up about the abuse I’ve been through in past relationships with two women (Medha Shankar and Srishti), these two women who have a history of mental and physically abusing men. I spoke up about it, WITH evidence and direct accounts of those women being abusive to me and assaulting other men in their past.. and how these two women, were enabled and supported by random “blue tick feminists” who do not know anything about the incidents of abuse nor the people involved in it – Priyanka Paul, Otherwarya and their allies.

So what does Priyanka Paul do in response? She declares another abusive, false narrative filled social media trial, casually labels it an “e-lafda”, calling me a “Bhadwa” on her stories, normalising abuse and cyberbullying in the name of “feminism”, to her several thousand followers.
They just did the exact same thing as December 2020, same false narratives and abuse enabling.

You can see the direct results of Priyanka Paul and Otherwarya’s abusive “feminist social media trials” – my DMs are today filled with their followers telling me to go kill myself, destroying my Wikipedia page with false accusations of harassment, changing the Wikipedia page to read in past tense (which happens when the person who the page is about has died) etc. They did this in December 2020, and they did it on June 5th – both times the effect and damage has been the SAME.

They also went further and targeted my past acting projects on their stories, encouraging their followers to do the same.

They did this DESPITE legal notices sent to them, despite a police complaint filed against them for abuse and criminal defamation.

They continue to spread false narratives about “Shivam doesn’t use condoms” which is a categorical lie, they themselves posted a story where a woman admitted that she was involved with me, we used a condom (though it broke).

And their abusive tactics are still being supported by other “blue tick feminists” on social media, their cyberbullying is being celebrated, and the abusive women from my past relationships have been “saved” by Paul’s social media distractions. @mumbaipolice

MDO Take:

• Since the matter is now with police, they must seriously investigate all allegations levelled from both sides
• Unfortunately, Men in India do not have any official forum to express their ordeal when they go through one sided social media naming and shaming
• The pressure from feminist lobbies are immense and thus our judiciary too does not pass any orders against women, even when the allegations are found to be false and fabricated
• #MeToo campaign was reduced to settling personal scores with Men – professionally, personally and politically as well
• Many families have been destroyed due to this cyber mob mentality allowed by our legal system
• Judiciary should make it clear whether either genders can defame and make wild allegations against the other on social media, without a proper court trial and final order
