Unnao Girl Throws Acid On Neighbour Boy Whom She Knew For Several Months

In a shocking incident, a girl from Uttar Pradesh reportedly threw acid on a boy on Monday. The alleged incident took place in Bhawani Ganj area of Unnao.

According to a tweet by ANI, ASP Unnao informed that the duo were neighbours and were very much in touch with each other since several months. The official further added that while the girl is being questioned, the boy was sent to hospital for immediate medical assistance.

The official quoted:

We’ve come to know that they had been in contact since several months and were neighbours. Boy was sent to hospital, girl is being questioned. Action will be taken as soon as we receive complaint.

This is not the first time a girl has used Acid to harm a boy. In November last year, we reported an incident from Cuttack, where a girl allegedly threw acid on a youth at Barik Sahi in Sikaripur area because her demands were not allegedly met.

In another incident reported by Men’s Day Out, a 19-year-old girl allegedly threw acid on a 20-year-old boy in Uttar Pradesh’s Jeevangarh area at Aligarh in the beginning of January this year, after he refused to marry her.

In one more similar incident reported in June last year, a Delhi woman too allegedly threw acid on her boyfriend in the national capital’s Vikaspuri area to exact revenge from him as he did not want to marry her. According to the police, she was riding pillion on her boyfriend’s motorcycle when she asked him to take off his helmet as she was “unable to touch him properly”. However, whenever the culprit is a woman and the victim is a man, our society often becomes deaf and dumb, calling it a one-off incident. Remember, if Men’ Rights do not affect you today, doesn’t mean your male family members are free for this menace for life.
