One more case of #HusbandMurder has been reported; this time from Guntur in Andhra Pradesh. The woman who wanted to get rid of her husband due to her extra marital affair hired contract killers who executed the plan.
Case:
Bhashyam Brahmayya (42), a resident of Pedakurapadu Mandal 75 Thalluru in Guntur district ran a hotel and a milk shop in the village. On November 4, two strangers from the outskirts of the village came and attacked him by spraying poisonous chemicals on his face.
The victim tried to escape and reached the house of a nearby relative. However, he could not make it and died on the way to the hospital due to the strong impact of chemicals.
Police Investigation
Bhashyam’s wife Saikumari hired contract killers to eliminate her husband so that she could live with her paramour. She, along with her lover handed over Rs 10 lakh and cyanide to the contract killers.
On November 28, Guntur Rural SP Vishal Gunny told media how the murder case was solved.

Pedakurapada police collected a list of phone calls received at the tower location at around 10 pm on the day of the incident. They found that the wife got a call from one Ashok Reddy, another man from the same village. After gathering all the data, the cops called in the woman for interrogation, where they learnt that the woman had an extramarital affair with Reddy.
Rs 10 lakh was paid in advance to the contract killers, identified as Pawan Kumar and Sheikh Sharif. They made a diluted solution with which they would kill the husband. The accused mixed cyanide, which is used in the manufacture to roll gold, and put this into a biscuit. Initially they fed it to a dog for trial, who died in a matter of minutes.
The gang then executed the same plan on the now deceased husband, which was successful. All the four were arrested and remanded in custody on Saturday.
