A wife along with her paramour allegedly killed her husband on September 20 this year. The incident has been reported from Appalraopet village in Nekkonda Mandal, Telangana, after the man’s parents approached the police following two days of the murder.
The wife, identified as Jyothi and her alleged paramour Jilla Raju killed the deceased Dushyanth Singh and burnt his body, informed the police. The duo then threw his ashes in a lake in the village.

The husband was a 40-year-old home guard who used to work in Warangal traffic wing, while the accused wife ran a small tailoring shop in the Mandal headquarters where she lived with their two children. Circle inspector P Tirumal said that the woman came close to Jilla Raju from Appalraopet, while her husband was away at work.
However, Singh soon learnt of his wife’s illicit relationship with another man. Hence, when the wife got to know about the same, she devised a plan with her lover to eliminate her husband.

According to the cops, the couple in love took the victim to Appalraopet and made him drink alcohol until midnight on September 20. When he was in an intoxicated state, they burnt him alive and threw his ashes in the lake.
Both the accused are in police custody and a case has been registered at Nekkonda police station against both of them.
