India would possibly be the only country that considers mutual physical relationship going sour as ‘rape’. As a man, even if you are in a completely consensual intimate alliance with a woman, you never know when the same could be registered as rape against you.
On the face of several cases, one may find it berserk how women could be pushing it to the extreme by misusing the law, nonetheless, if you belong to the male gender breed, you will have to bear the consequences as per our law.
One such case has been reported from Banda city of Uttar Pradesh where a man has been arrested for allegedly raping a woman almost 15 years ago. Yes you read that right!
